Luke joined the business in March 2019 as Development Director. With over 30 years in the housing industry, Luke brings valuable experience from all aspects of the development process.

Joining from Avant Homes where he rose to Operations Director, he helped grow and develop operational disciplines in the Midlands region over a period of 3 years. Prior to this he had spent many years involved in the growth of Persimmon Homes Technical and Commercial departments.

Mark joined Cora as Finance Director in January 2021 and has over 25 years experience in construction and housebuilding. Mark is commercially focused and has extensive experience of growing businesses, most recently at Gleeson Homes and Inspired Villages Group.

Having trained as a Building Surveyor and graduating as a Civil Engineer, Mark then qualified as a Chartered Accountant before moving back to the construction industry with a multi-disciplinary construction, housebuilding, road planning and plant-hire business. As a member of the senior management team, and subsequently with Gleeson Homes and Inspired Villages, Mark played a key role in their growth. Experience includes funding, development of finance teams and policies/procedures, selection/implementation of IT systems, MI and statutory reporting, and corporate governance.

Steve joined Cora in September 2019, bringing over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Coming from Bovis Homes as an Area Build Director, and prior to that a Site Manager at Crest Nicholson.

Matt joined Cora in May 2021, bringing his knowledge and experience from four years at Davidsons Homes and a previous 10 years at Persimmon Homes. Matt is now heading up our Commercial team and using his expertise to continue the growth and development of the department, whilst aiding and assisting all other areas of the business.
