Our operating principles

We take urgent action together

As a responsible developer, we play our part in combating climate change and its impacts. We commit to cutting our greenhouse gas emissions, including a 50% reduction by 2030.

We work hard to create a dynamic workplace

A vibrant, collaborative and transparent workplace focused on smart financial management and sustainable decision making.

We respect our collective home

We take action to protect biodiversity and to put back more into the natural environment than we take out.

We work in partnership

To deliver partnerships that impact and extend beyond the homes we build, enabling our customers and our communities to lead healthier and more environmentally conscious lives.

We innovate for good

We develop and invest in building innovations and techniques to reduce our impact on the planet. In doing so, our customers live in high-quality homes designed for energy efficiency and ease of maintenance.

We build opportunities for others

We recognise our industry is not as inclusive as it should be. We actively promote opportunities for our people, our partners and our communities to develop skills, grow industry expertise and gain employment.

Our supply chain
