On Legal Completion, you will be issued with a Service Inspection Form. This form is used to identify any minor issues in your new homes, such as scuffs to the paintwork or damage to fittings. The form will be collected by our Site Manager at the end of your first week in your new home. It is important that any painting snags or damage is reported on this form, outside of this period, these items will be declined.
Subject to materials, the Site Manager will arrange for any issues to be resolved within 21 days of receiving the form.
Two year fixture and fitting warranty
If any issues occur with the fixtures and fittings of your new home within the first two years, they will be covered under the Cora fixtures and fittings warranty. This warranty includes protection against defects caused by faulty workmanship or materials, and you will be assisted by a dedicated Customer Care Coordinator throughout the process.
