The Board of Directors has overall responsibility for our Sustainable Building Framework and the company’s performance on climate- and other ESG-related matters, with delegated responsibility to the Sustainability Committee. The Committee provides oversight across the business and our supply chain and is responsible for ensuring the Board has the detailed understanding needed to inform its decision-making.
