National recognition for sustainability strategy

We are thrilled to share our commitment to sustainability and the environment has earned us a place in the shortlist for a national award.
Our name is among the finalists in the SME of the Year category at the prestigious Edie Awards, in recognition of our dedication to building a better housing industry for all.

As you all will know, our Sustainable Building Framework and Operating Principles is at the heart of everything we do. We strongly believe in our responsibility as developers to do more for the community and environment and are proud to have a team of likeminded professionals behind us, driving forward positive change.

But our commitment does not stop with an award. We have already pledged to halve our carbon emissions and stop using fossil fuel heating in our homes – and know you all have great ideas too – please keep them coming!

Winners will be announced at an award ceremony taking place in London in March 2023.
